Working principles |
The vacuum freeze drying is a drying method fordehydration and preservation of substances. It sublimes the moisture in thepre-processed substance from solid state into gaseous state by -30 centigradequick-freezing under the vacuum condition. JDG series vacuum freeze drying equipment mainlyincludes food pre-freezing system, drying bin system, heating system, vacuumsystem, refrigerating system, material conveying system, medium system,pneumatic system, cleaning and sterilizing system. |
Features |
1. The vacuum system is in combination structure ofwater-sealed pump + oil-sealed pump. The extraction of pre-vacuum is performedby oil-sealed pump group of large power and the vacuum for operation remains bywater-sealed Roots pump group of small power so as to reduce energyconsumption. Meanwhile, the water-sealed pump group can remove vacuityinstability of the system due to poor water-removal performance of oil-sealedpump and emulsification deterioration of the pump oil. 2. Heating is conducted in closed water circulation system, where three-wayadjusting valve is used for automatic adjustment of heat supply to the watercirculation system to precisely control temperature of the heating plate.Besides, nitrogen is used for automatic pressure-keeping to ensure the workingtemperature of the hot water reaching 120 centrigrade. 3. The rear-installed and side-installed water-catching cold trap is adopted.Compared with the outside-installed cold trap, the former one has advantages ofshort canal, lower resistance, and smooth steam canal, uniform andhigh-efficient water-catching. The cold trap uses special method of ammoniumsingle-phase circulating refrigeration. It is more stable in supplyingrefrigerating liquid and easier in operation than the general method of liquidsupply. |
