| Multi-effect water distiller has become the mostaccepted process for the production of water for injection(WFI) inpharmaceutical, Biotech industries and hospitals. Fed by pure water, and heated by plant steam, multi-effect distillation canproduce WFI of stable quality and high purity.The technology of multievaporation makes effective heat consumption. Column Construction The construction of columns on multi-effect distillation is collocated-tube,falling film technology with centrifugal impurity and pyrogene separation. Thefeed water drops down at the inside of the evaporator tube where it isconverted into pure steam.Special distributor makes the water goes down thetube in a membrane way and evaporate rapidly and the water-drop (moist form) inthat pure steam is removed. The pure steam without water-drop then goes intonext column as heat source and it is condensed as distillated water. The three level centrifuge and separation technology, Siemens S7 series controlsystem with Chinese and English operational languages is adopted in MS seriesmulti-effect water distiller. With standard collocated water inlet boostingpump and storage tank, buffer tank is optional. With standard collocatedfactory steam pressure-reducing valve. With device for dischargingincondensable gas continuously. Discharging remained liquid continuously. Recordingconductivity and valve position of WFI. With complete factory acceptance testfor equipment manufacture. Adopting demineralized water or RO water for waterinlet. |
