Batch type ribbon mixers are of wide applicationand high efficiency. Horizontal, single shaft with double proportioned ribbonis housed in the tubular mixing drum. The vortex ribbon rotates with main shaftand thus bring raw material move towards direction of vortex ribbon. We candesign round or rectangular shape inlet port on top cover, discharge valve(manual, pneumatic or electric driven) in middle of bottom. The vortexstructure of outer ribbon combined with rotation of main shaft drive materialto discharge outlet guaranteeing no dead corner. |
